Welcome to Wedding Talks. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the submission of nominations for the Wedding Talks Awards. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or submit a nomination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the nomination process.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including submitting false or misleading information.

Nomination Information and Fees

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and information regarding the nomination categories and process. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
• The nomination fee is LKR 5,000 per nominee, and this fee is non-refundable.
• The Entrant shall pay for their entry/entries by submitting their payment details and authorization through one of the methods outlined in the entry section. We will collect the funds from the entrant.
• Entries shall only be validated subject to the receipt of the requisite Entry Fee.
• Entries received from ineligible companies/businesses will be removed from the Awards without notice and shall not be entitled to a refund of the Entry Fee under any circumstance.
• All Entrants agree to their entries being used for promotional purposes by Wedding Talks throughout all media channels.
• Regional shortlists will be announced on the Awards Website.
• We reserve the right to modify the nomination fee or categories without prior notice.

Submission and Payments

• By submitting a nomination on our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the nomination process, including the payment of the nomination fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any nomination for any reason, including but not limited to errors in the nomination information or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the nomination fee to your chosen payment method.
• We use trusted third-party payment processors, such as PayHere, to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Judging and Awards

The judging panel's decision is final. Wedding Talks reserves the right to change the judging panel at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Wedding Talks or its licensors.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Wedding Talks, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the submission and processing of nominations.
• We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the nomination process offered on our website.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
